3.1. Ownership of Content

All materials provided in connection with the Courses, including text, graphics, videos, quizzes, and other content (the “Content”), are the intellectual property of Nakfa Academy. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of this Content is strictly prohibited.

3.2. License to Access

Upon enrollment in a Course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials solely for personal and educational purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of any Content.

3.3. Course Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Courses. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Access to the Website and Courses may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors outside our control.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1. Payment

All prices for Courses are listed on the Website and are subject to change. Payments must be made in full at the time of enrollment. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during checkout.

Completion of the Courses does not guarantee any form of certification, professional accreditation, or license to operate a sailing vessel. Certificates provided by Nakfa Academy upon completion of the Course are for educational purposes only and do not replace legally required sailing licenses.

6.2. Disclaimer of Results

We make no guarantees about your ability to achieve any specific results, such as passing an external sailing exam or acquiring a license, based solely on our Courses. Sailing requires practical experience, and our Courses are intended to supplement, not replace, hands-on training.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in our Courses, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sailing and agree to assume full responsibility for any actions or decisions you make based on the information provided.

7.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nakfa Academy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Courses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nakfa Academy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Courses.
