We make no guarantees about your ability to achieve any specific results, such as passing an external sailing exam or acquiring a license, based solely on our Courses. Sailing requires practical experience, and our Courses are intended to supplement, not replace, hands-on training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nakfa Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Website, Courses, and Content. We do not guarantee that the Courses will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
